International athlete David Gillick will be combining his love of cookery with his athletics experience to provide food ideas. Personal trainer and radio personality Louise Heraghty will share a full training programme and expert guidance to help participants achieve their personal best on race day. Comedienne Maeve Higgins will be following the programme and sharing her progress, and some light relief, along the way. Finally, Vhi’s Dr Ui May Tan, who has provided medical support and advice to many of Ireland’s leading races, will be providing medical advice to those training for the 2015 Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon.
