#WomenwithImpact - Lisa, Dogs in Distress

Lisa started fostering dogs four years ago, following the death of her family pet.  “We had a German Shepherd for years, and after his death I wasn’t really ready to have another dog”, she explains.  “I spotted a Dogs in Distress post on Facebook, and I thought fostering a dog would be a great way to have dogs in my life.”  Lisa contacted Dogs in Distress, and thus began her fostering journey.
