How to Get Walking
The Women's Mini Marathon is a fantastic event which caters for ALL Women & we want to make our event as accessible as possible for as many of you as we can!! We invite you to join us on the day by running, jogging or walking the 10km route. We will be putting three levels of training plans on our website closer to the time to help each and every one of you meet your own personal goals and we will be inviting you to join our team as we attend parkruns in April and May!
In the meantime, there are many resources available all across Ireland which you can join today to get you ready for not just the event itself, but set you up for a lifetime of fitness and mobility.
