Training Plans: We have 3 schedules designed to cater for all levels of fitness. You can train as a walker, beginner or improver and simply choose the plan that is right for you. You can follow weekly updates on your plan.
Elverys Intersport and ISCP have some great advice about stretching, what to wear and how to look after yourself while training for the event.
Training Groups: If you find it hard to train alone you can join a training group. Fit4Life and Meet and Train groups are everywhere across the country.
It is recommended that you get approval from your doctor before you set out on this great adventure. Then all that is needed is a pair of shoes and a track suit and you are ready to go!
