Group bookings

Tickets for our 2026 event are available for group bookings once general sale launches in early March, date TBC.

A group booking must consist of 10+ tickets.

Our group registration system provides:

STREAMLINED ADMINISTRATION
Easy group setup & management of your group tickets with a dedicated admin dashboard. This is ideal for corporate groups or large groups of individuals (10 or more). For groups of up to 10 we suggest registering your group of up to 10 at a time using the normal registration process.

FLEXIBLE TICKETING OPTIONS
Choose to purchase prepaid tickets for your group or share a dedicated group link for individuals to join your group and purchase themselves. You can see who is signed up via the group leader dashboard.

EASY PAYMENT PROCESS
Easy bank transfer payment for groups for any prepaid tickets (processing fee replaced with reduced admin fee), with flexibility to top-up places at any time. Secure payment process for individuals purchasing through the dedicated share link.

CORPORATE BRANDING
Branded email invite that is sent directly from your dashboard to the invitee, for prepaid tickets. Alternatively, sign ups can be directed via your group link in your own communications if they are paying themselves. The link will bring invitees to a page with your group name, where they can sign up as part of your group.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Participants can opt to fundraise through iDonate by selecting from a list of charities provided during their entry. Alternatively, if you have a preferred fundraising platform you can encourage participants to sign up there instead.

PEACE OF MIND
Once invited, participants manage their own entry details, reducing your administrative efforts. Their registration is noted on your dashboard.
