Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon brand ambassador, Nathalie Lennon, is a qualified personal trainer and nutritional and health coach passionate about spreading an authentic message based on body confidence and an optimal relationship with both food and fitness.

Nathalie has created 3 sets of 12 week training plans designed to cater for all levels of fitness.  So whether you’re planning to walk, jog or run the 10k, you can choose the plan that it right for you. Click the flip book to find the plan that suits you best.
