The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is the largest women’s event of its kind in the world. Celebrating its 44th year, the event brings together tens of thousands of women of all ages and abilities to run, jog, or walk the 10km route through Dublin city centre on Bank Holiday Sunday, May 31st 2026.

This year’s theme, ‘BEST TIME EVER’ celebrates what our event is all about. It’s not just the clock and getting a PB, but the moments that stay with you long after the finish line. The laughter on the Luas, the nerves at the start line, the music, the cheers, the blisters, the pride, and the women beside you every step of the way.

As a participant, you get to define your own “Best Time” - whether that’s carving out dedicated training time just for you, setting a new goal, making healthier choices, or getting the whole gang together for a great day out. It’s about raising spirits and raising funds, all while building community and creating memories that make an impact far beyond event day.
