How do I get my race number? 

All participants in the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon must wear the official race number to gain entry into the correct start area on the day of the event, and for timing purposes. 

Race Number Postage 

If you chose Postage – race numbers will be sent in early May 2024. 

You will receive an email to inform you when your race number has been posted.  If after 5 – 10 working days, it has not arrived please contact us at info@vhiwomensminimarathon.ie. 

The address you put on your entry form is where the race number/pack will be posted to.  Please be sure to check it is correct and if you are sending it to someone else’s address for safe keeping be sure to note C/O (care of) so the postman/ woman knows this as we previously have had packs returned to us with a note to say the person does not reside at this address. 

Race Number Collection 

We will be hosting number and pack collections in a number of Intersport Elverys stores, for anyone who has chosen to collect their pack. 

May 15th: Intersport ELverys Fonthill, Fonthill Road Industrial Est, Fonthill, Dublin, D22 K2V5

May 16th: Intersport Elverys Dundrum, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 16, D16 VC58

Everyone who has chosen to collect their pack will be sent an email with the details of how to book their collection slot.  

They will also be sent an e-ticket containing a QR code, which must be brought with them when collecting their pack. 

Anyone who is collecting a pack can also collect packs for others once they have their e-ticket with them. 

You can also collect numbers or packs for others, once you have their e-ticket with you. 

Collection of Several Race Numbers 

If you are picking up several race numbers on behalf of friends, please have all the barcodes in one easy place to show us on your screen.  Alternatively, you can print them off as it will help speed up your collection process.
