How to Train

We have 3 training plans designed to cater for all levels of fitness. You can train as a walker, jogger or runner and simply choose the plan that is right for you. You can follow weekly updates on your plan.

It is recommended that you get approval from your doctor before you set out on this great adventure. Then all that is needed is a pair of shoes and a tracksuit and you are ready to go!
